Will the return game against Toledo be postponed to the 21-22 season?

I believe so. This game in Cincinnati shouldn’t affect that series.
The format is apparently a 3-game in 3-day round robin, on Wed.- Fri., November 25, 26, and 27 at The Cintas Center, a 10,250 seat arena on the campus of Xavier University-

Toledo head coach is Tod Kowalczyk, who was the head coach at UW-Green Bay from 2002-2010, and hired Brian Wardle as his assistant there from 2010-15. Kowalczyk has been at Toledo since 2010, and has an overall record there of 184-144. Bradley is 5-2 all-time vs. Toledo, but they have not played since Nov. 27, 1985, and the last time Toledo beat Bradley was January 10, 1946 in the old Peoria Armory (correction- see post below- Bradley beat Toledo at Carver Arena last season 78-66 on Dec. 28, 2019)
Oakland head coach is Greg Kampe, who is starting his 22nd season. He has been their head coach since 1999. Bradley is 2-0 all-time vs. Oakland, and many Bradley fans might recall the last time Bradley played Oakland. It was March 23, 2009 in the 2nd round of the inaugural CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament at Carver Arena. Oakland took 75-73 lead with 0.9 seconds left, and things looked hopeless for the Braves, who were out of time-outs. But then junior Chris Roberts took the inbound pass from Theron Wilson, turned and launched a 75-footer that banked in for the 76-75 miracle win. Anyone else remember?

And Bradley is 3-1 all-time vs. Xavier, but they have not played since meeting in the NIT in the old Madison Square Garden on March 18, 1958. Xavier head coach Travis Steele is starting his 3rd season there and is 38-29 overall. They return 5 of their top 6 scorers, but their #1 scorer from last season Naji Marshall, left after his junior season, and is hoping to get drafted in the upcoming NBA draft. Because he signed with an agent, he is not eligible to return to Xavier.

Here is a summary of Bradley's 2020-21 schedule as far as we know now-
No preseason exhibition games
Nov. 25, 26, & 27- 3-day, 3-game event at Xavier University in Cincinnati- Bradley will play Xavier, Toledo, & Oakland
Previous scheduled home games against St. Joseph's, Jackson State, Miami, and South Dakota State are being renegotiated, and will probably be played- dates to be determined
One additional home game will be added, likely a non-division I team- to be announced soon.
The previously scheduled road game at Toledo that was scheduled for Nov. 14, will not be played, and will be moved to the 2021-22 season
The previously scheduled one-time "buy game" game at Missouri for Nov. 29 is tentatively still being negotiated for a date in early December.

Hmmm. Hard to say what supply and demand situation is for tickets as of right now. Bradley went through the motions on season ticket renewals but then extended the renewal date, etc. PCC would obviously allow for more room (as needed) for whatever the “distancing” plan is.
Friend of mine just attended a home football game at the University of Georgia. Granted it’s outdoors. They went with season ticket holders only.

Heard a rumor yesterday that the Renaissance Center will be the home of BU games since our dictator governor isn't allowing hardly any fans. Still hearing 50 max but maybe that changes, who really knows.

Either way they should be televised. Week and WMBD i believe have done that in the past so it should be easy for them
That is the way it is looking, so you probably will end up being right. But, I am still hearing that the final decision has not been made yet, but may come as soon as this week or next, or it may hinge on what the governor decrees.
The recent surge in Covid cases in Illinois is making it less likely the governor and city officials will allow fans. Without fans, there is no way Bradley can afford to pay to play at an empty Carver Arena, just as the Rivermen concluded.
And, there may be a problem with the local TV stations televising the games. They stopped doing it because they claimed they lost money compared to showing the network TV programming. That is why the games switched to WTVP the last few years they were on broadcast TV. But WTVP stopped because they lost money, too, because production costs rose, and they couldn't sell advertising.
So most likely, the games will be streamed like they have been in recent years.

The surprise over the rise in COVID cases by our government officials is baffling. When the main test kits being used were shown to have a 33% inaccurate positive result, healthy people are being encouraged to get tested, and people are being tested multiple times after a positive test have all led to the increased numbers. More importantly, they should be looking at the mortality rate which has been dropping precipitously since the increase in testing.
At what point does the government's supposed purpose of 'protecting' us become an infringement on personal liberty? I for one think they need to make recommendations and let us make our own decisions for our safety based on those recommendations. I'm a grown ass man and if I want to risk it then that's my damn business. If you think I need to do things to protect others, then I humbly disagree. I shouldn't have to adjust my lifestyle because of someone else's fear. If that is the case, I'm afraid the color red might give me a stroke, so please don't wear red.
I'm healthy. Asking and expecting me to social distance and wear a mask at all times is ludicrous, and before someone tells me that I 'might' be infected, keep this in mind: I might be a serial murderer, but you're not locking me up in prison without any proof. Beyond that, the chance of spreading a virus when you have no symptoms is highly unlikely according to the CDC - it would require a great deal of close contact with someone over a long period of time.
They ruin my only hobby and I am going to be seriously upset. This is beyond stupid.

Speaking of how teams will allocate tickets.... Here is the first indication of how another MVC school is dealing with the coronavirus situation-

Indiana State will allow 25% capacity for their home games in the Hulman Center, on the campus if Indiana State. They are not allowing any new ticket sales this season, including no new season tickets and no new individual game tickets. Season ticket holders who opted to buy tickets this season "will be relocated based on priority points and the health and wellbeing of all."
And note that they will stream their home games on the ESPN website- "The Valley on ESPN.
Hulman Center is different from the Peoria Civic Center- Indiana rules regarding attendance at sporting events may not be as strict as Illinois, since their total case numbers and daily new case numbers are much lower than Illinois, even when corrected for the difference in population. Note that Indiana high schools are playing football this fall and allowing fan attendance, as well as some other fall sports, while Illinois high schools are not.
Also, the Hulman Center is owned and operated by the university, and thus they may be able to set some of their own rules, while Carver Arena is dependent on both the Civic Center board as well as the City of Peoria to determine rules.
Hulman Center capacity is 10,200, so 25% would allow 2,550 fans per game. Their average attendance at home games last season was 3,676, according to their stats page. However, having attended Bradley games there every year, I can say that actual attendance was significantly lower than that, probably less than 3,000. So most of their fans who attend games would be able to attend this season.
So feel free to post your opinions.

Many on this board (maybe all) have a life passion of watching Bradley Basketball in person. If difficult decisions are made to reduce or eliminate that option this season, after missing the NCAA tournament this year... well I can't fault anyone from shedding real tears. It's a big part of a lot of people's lives.
