Thank you Braves

What an amazing night and game.

Probably one of the weirdest games I've seen in a long time at Carver. They couldn't miss from 3-point land, we were dominant in the paint and getting steals. The refs made some cringe-worthy bad and/or odd calls and BU comes from way back to beat ISU for the first time in years!

Great game to watch, well at least after the first 10-12 minutes.

This team is actually very incredible when you think about what they are accomplishing. I give credit to everyone involved. Keep moving forward BU!

The missed ISU backcourt violation in the first half was definitely one of the most cringe-worthy non-calls of the year!

Otherwise, it still was a great game.

It was a great feeling walking out of the arena last night. I can't remember the last time I felt that good about a BU win in the last 3-4 years.

And the soda my boss is going to have to buy me today because BU won will be the icing on the cake.

Wow! A soda!! ;)

I echo the "Thank you, Braves!" Tomorrow is my birthday, and I told everyone what I wanted was a BU win over ISWho. Gift delivered! And I know it was for ME because the amazing amount of points the Braves scored in the second half will be my age tomorrow! Find me at the Lariat tomorrow night. Think I'll have a LEMONade! Thank you, BU. . .

Cool! Another January 31st birthday! Mine is tomorrow as well. Happy birthday!

I agree. That was a great birthday gift for both of us! :D

So youre saying I'll have to take your word for it. Have a hard time believing more than one person ever said this to you.

rs....I really hated the last few months of that season and I heard many (yes many fans) that were rooting against JL and shouting "Fire Les!" at games...it was disgusting....

What a game to miss :( .....Glad I recorded it!

Again, did people dislike Jim Les or just want a new coach?

Almost every coach comes to an end. Sometimes it is just time. I loved Coach Mo, but it was time. Same with Jimmy.

JD I think it was a little of both, but mainly time for a change...

I do not understand why we have to go through this garbage all the time? It was a great game and fun to watch, why bring up the word "fallout or JL or etc.... just to try to light a flame under others...SMH

Why not just enjoy a "W" and look forward to the next one...

JD the later comments not directed at you :)

You need to be on Twitter Chico. I like everyone on the board, but what I read yesterday was not a very smart tweet. jmho

Chico so do I! Ben can you let Chico and I on what was said?

I can tell you guys dinner did go down nice and easy last evening. One of the better wins in a long time. I have to say it was only a notch below beating The Illini in Vegas.

Go Braves!

No one can let anyone in on what was said here because it keeps being deleted as fast as it can be posted. There is another place you can find that info, where it will never be deleted. Hopefully you'll see this message before it disappears quick enough...

Posters can avoid deletion of messages by refraining from taking shots at other specific posters, or criticizing the moderating. :)

Just my honest opinion... I saw a previous post by Tulsa Brave and thought it was appropriate. As I stated earlier, I like everyone on this board, but if a person does not want his tweet (which has since been taken down) highlighted on this or any other message board, then that person has to watch what they post on twitter etc. Everyone makes mistakes and I am not immune.:)

Ben, that's a reasonable opinion. And if you start your own message board, I would not care if that is how you want to run it.

But from the beginning, we have decided not to allow members to drag in issues from people on other sites and use this forum to take shots at them. If you think that works, then you must not remember the old ValleyTalk site. What a cesspool that was. We couldn't find enough moderators to deal with all the chaos if it was allowed here.
If anyone has issues with what someone says on their twitter page or on another message board or blog, feel free to take it up personally with them.

There are a ton of ridiculous and ignorant things said on other sites that I could easily prove wrong and ridicule, as we probably all could. But not here.

But DC, if a person on this forum makes a comment on twitter, isn't that fair game to question that remark? I think so and I think it makes for an interesting message board. Certainly there are extremes on these boards. However, if I posted on my personal twitter account that Bradley was going to get beat by ISU by 40 points, (which I did not post by the way and my pick was thankfully wrong on the pickem contest on this board:-D ) then I expect to have people question my thoughts. Be careful what you write on social sites such as facebook and twitter!

We are in the Villages in Fl and were out to dinner with 3 other couples. When we got back to another friends house to watch the game ,the score was 23 to 9 the bad guys. I am taking responsibility for the win.lol Braves 12 will like that statement I'm sure.

NO CREDIT WC for BU comeback & win vs the Deadbirds,

You picked ISUR in the MVC Pickem Contest

Except when it comes to DC and him leading the MVC 2012-13 Regular Season Game Pick Em Contest..

Shameless plug for the Pick Em Contest! :-P

Please, NO.
That opens a floodgate of potential arguments, speculation, and personal attacks if we incorporate the twitterverse into Bradleyfans.
How does anyone even know who is who on twitter most of the time? Or here?
