I know he never wrote anything about BU, but I'm sure most of you read his work a couple days a week in the PJS. Personally, I was never a big fan.

As a Bradley fan, I never cared to read about anything other than Bradley. So I never read Nadel. And I no longer read the PJStar unless Reynolds gets linked on here.
Nadel might be the first of many cut-backs as newspaper readership declines in light of on-line, real time forums and news distribution. At some point this will hit home with PJS writers as well.

Nadel did his job well. He wrote to aggravate the readers. KW tries to immitate him and does a good job.
I saw that columnist Jerry Klein wrote his final column today...

I like Jerry Klein
So will newspapers keep beat writers or opinion writers?
If the newspaper were just news, I might subscribe.
KW and Nadel are miles apart in terms of writing style.
Scouter, you told me a long time ago to say IMO, when I have an opinion. So that was my opinion.
And I've given mine.
