Does anyone else find it odd that of the 15 votes that JL receives for an "A" coaching career here at Bradley, 12 of the alleged voters have not written ANYTHING on this message board since 2007? One of the "voters" - newbie doobie- has never posted anything on here. ANYTHING. EVER. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'...

If you vote, and then click on the number for each grade, it will take you to a list of who voted for what. Really guys?

It happened the first time we did the poll as well.

It's obvious some are not BU fans and those that are think .500 is as good as BU can ever be.

I, for one, want and expect more.

Yes I do. Last night's poll was also fishy, but that's why that one got pulled too. Seems a few dozen people, all who never posted before all voted B within a few minutes of each other. You can go to Valleytalk for some screenshots.

These guys are as effective holding an election as Fidel Castro.

I've tried to add some thoughtful replies within these threads, and over the years on this board I've never really been one to be over the top when thing were good or bad. But the last couple of days on here have really disappointed me. I guess it's time to move on.

All right- I had to delete this poll as well.
We are trying to investigate how someone can sabotage and manipulate a poll like this, but none of us here at Bradleyfans have the tech knowledge to trace this down.
Sorry BradleyJD, and everyone who participated.

This means user accounts are being "hacked" into by mods. Which is possible.

Just sayin'.

edit: Or SOMEBODY is hacking into accounts. Not necessarily a mod. But someone is hackin'.

Well it would tick me off if I ran the site and someone accused me of that and it wasn't true. So I understand. However I feel there is a 95% chance the poll is being altered by someone.

I'll miss the site if I am booted, but that is my feeling.

I can't decide what is more pathetic... the teams performance or the performance of the powers that be around here....

Why would someone named GrangersRanger post in support of Jim Les? Why would a guy who made 2 posts about ryan phillips back in 2007 post a vote? Why is the conversation so controlled around here?

Why can't you all just let the conversation flow the way it does. Or maybe it is time to take off the Bradleyfans.com is not affiliated with Bradley University banner at the bottom.

I do, I'll help track it down. Give me access to the IP visits and I will tell you exactly who it was.

TAS- I am sorry it looks that way. Someone is trying to make it appear as if we are doing this, but I assure you none of the people with moderating priviledges here are doing this.
Why would anyone connected with this site do this, especially a second time, when it would be obvious to everyone?
It is especially obvious when the hacker puts up 15 "A" votes at once!
It appears to me to be the work of a hacker, who is trying to make a mockery of the poll. If he was trying to simply alter the poll's result, I have to think he wouldn't be so obvious.
I have contacted a software tech to help us try to find the cause of the problem, because it obviously affects the security of this board.

It doesn't show an IP address for those who voted A in the poll. I can track IP addresses for just about everyone else.
Tell me how someone can block their IP?

I did some cyber-sleuthing of my own, and it looks like all of the "hacker A votes" were entered from Duane Broussard's cell phone...case closed.

Funny- I hope it was just a prank. Again, the only reason I can see that someone would post 15 new votes in the "A" category all at once is to try to be obvious and get noticed and make a mockery of the poll.*
Again I apologize and we'll try to find and correct the problem that allowed this to happen.

*especially after it happened to the poll last night and it was caught.

Oh well....I guess we must assume that everyone is happy and BU is destined to be .500.

Everything is fine, the kids are great, Jim's doing a great job!
