It appears that Indiana State coach Greg Lansing is hinting at a possible commitment? Or maybe something else?

"Sycamores got better tonight!! Stay tuned."
It appears that what Indiana State Head Coach Greg Lansing was referring to was a grad-transfer from Towson State who just committed to Indiana State-
Tobias "T.J." Howard- he is a 6'2" point guard who has moved around a lot. Indiana State will be his 7th different school since his junior year of high school.
He originally was a 2015 recruit out of North Gwinnet HS in Suwanee, Georgia, however, he transferred and did his senior season (2014-15) at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, then did a 5th year prep school season (2015-16) at DME Academy in Daytona Beach, FL. He then committed to Western Kentucky in 2016. He played only his freshman season at Western Kentucky (2016-17) where he averaged 3.0 ppg, 1.4 rpg, and 1.2 apg. He then transferred to Chipola CC in Marianna, FL where he averaged 13.4 ppg, 3.2 rpg, and 4.0 apg his sophomore season (2017-18 ). Then he went to Towson State where he played in 2018-19 and averaged 10.2 ppg, 1.9 rpg, 2.5 apg, and 34.1% from three as a part-time starter for a 10-22 Towson team.
He then missed the entire 2019-20 season at Towson and does not even appear on the team's roster after he was
prominently mentioned as a key player for them prior to the season. It is a bit of a mystery and I am unable to find a reason mentioned anywhere why he did not play this past season. Towson went 19-13, 12-6 and finished in 3rd place in the CAA in the 2019-20 season while Howard not part of the team. He remained at Towson, and graduated this spring. He is transferring to Indiana State as a grad-transfer and will be eligible immediately.
