Why are we no longer able to listen online anymore? I went to Bradley audio/video website and appears they now charge to listen by audio also. I tried straight from WMBD website but says it can't connect, i'm guessing it's blacked out because Bradley now charges for the game audio. What kind of crap is that? Not only are they cutting back on advertising and TV games, but they are nickel and diming us with on campus games and the audio. Guess i'll fire up the stereo, would of preferred just from the laptop.

We don't charge for Audio. Not sure why the Live Events schedule is taking you to the payment page, but the audio link in Live Events in Bradley All-Access should be working fine.

My fault Bobby, yah when I clicked on the audio portion for the live game today, it took me to the subscription page and said $4.95 for audio pass. I'm like what's this lol. And the audio said couldn't connect on the WMBD 1470 page and also on a phone app for WMBD 1470. So figured they were funnelling everyone to the BU all access page.

I was just going to ask someone on here about 1470. Does anyone know why it doesn't stream from I pad, but streams audio from a desktop? I was trying to use tunein radio app and the stream would not load...

I had the same experience using tunein app and also another radio app I have used to listen to WMBD before. I am assuming the problem is with WMBD's stream and not any particular app.

I've had the same issue with Tune In radio, I haven't tried the WMBD stream directly. I will say that the new video stream is awesome. I pipe it directly to my flat screen with an HDMI cable from the laptop, and it looks every bit as good as a regular broadcast. Far superior to the previous years. I bought the $29.95 4 month package, and so far I am absolutely getting my money's worth! Now, find some games from 1985 and 1986 and put them in the archived area...:D Good job, BP!

I don't think Bradley has a vast archive of old games, but some fans do.

In my daily conversations at work I deal with dozens of long time Bradley fans - almost ALL of them older folks, 60's, 70's, 80's and beyond -
these are folks who were Bradley basketball fans before anyone working up there on the Hilltop was even born and they kinda now feel left in the dust........
- virtually none ever follow what's happening on the internet or online - and if the subject even comes up the comments are usually "I don't even have a computer" or "I can never figure out how it works"...and then "ever since they stopped sending me the yearbook (or media guide) I have no way of knowing anything about the games or the team & have lost all interest.."

I know when they hire someone to manage their web presence and streaming, they always hire the guys who think everyone is just one touch away - but they are missing a ton of great old, long time Bradley fans by expecting them to log on or by making it too difficult.
I know they don't seem to care but I'm only telling you what I hear 5-10 times a day.....

There are also those who rather read information in hard copy form. I still prefer to read the paper and magazines the traditional way. The powers that be may think in a few more years those people will be gone and it won't matter anymore but they are forgetting one thing. For a lot of people their interest in things come from their parents or grandparents. If grandpa doesn't introduce his grandkids to Bradley basketball they may never become fans.
