Wichita State game distraction idea

Someone needs to get in with the Bradley promotions committee and have them order 11,000 of some sort of noise distraction objects for the fans to use when Wichita State has the ball. I was thinking finger clickers but then everyones fingers would be tired lol. I'm sure their is something out there. Should at least have a whiteout or something planned for this game. Will likely be the highest ranked team most of us will ever see at the Civic Center.

First - NCAA has rules prohibiting the use of noisemakers while the game is being played

From NCAA Rules book-
Section 2:
Article 8:
"Team followers (fans, bands, cheerleaders and mascots...) shall not commit an unsportsmanlike act,
including, but not limited to, the following:

a. Using musical instruments, amplified music or artificial noisemakers while the game is in progress, except timeouts and intermissions.

b. Using laser pointers.

c. Throwing debris..."

Also - Carver Arena similarly has such rules and more than once some fan's air-horn has been taken away by game management personnel.
 
Better yet, let's get 10,000+ real life noise makers, I believe they're called Bradley fans. Hopefully by then we're settled into 3rd or 4th place with an undefeated top 4 ranked team coming into town. If that doesn't get some fans to come out, I'm not sure we'll ever get 10k in Carver again.

Right on. That's the old time Bradley distraction. 11,000 real fans do a lot more than that other childish stuff.

Coming off our best game of the year I would hope we'll get a bigger crowd, especially from the students. With the Wichita game now being on ESPN 2 we really need to do something to let the Shockers feel our presence.
