Why can't we be the aggressor?

Obviously with O'Rear out UNI has to go small and shoot 3's. So basically we can either go small with them and hope to beat them at their own game or we can play Egolf, Pross and AT and pound the ball inside on them to see what kind of adjustments they make.

Given the way they shoot, I understand that having 2 bigs out there was going to be a challenge in covering the perimeter but we played mostly zone, not man and we never played 2 big's together or went to the post in the second half. Plus they shot the lights out, maybe we should have considered some type of strategic adjustment???

If I'm Jacobson, I send Les a thank you because he made his job easy by not exposing their weakness inside in the 2nd half. Shooting the lights out helps and our perimeter D was awful, but I can't beleive we never tried to hammer them inside. 7 second half minutes for Pross, 0 total minutes for AT against a team basically playing 5 perimeter players???

There some go again, thinking they know more than the Coach does...

Even when they don't watch the Braves practice daily and don't know the players abilities as well.

Hindsight is 20-20...Come on, quit second guessing.

Do that on the other sites, not here!

Regardless of your opinion of Coach Les, I'm not sure how anyone wouldn't second guess some of the strategic decisions in the second half. With that said, there was a major lack of defensive concentration and execution on the players part which was disappointing to see given how well we had been playing on that end of the floor.
