Michigan 69 Dook 70 with about a minute left. TO Duke with the ball when we come back. You're listening to the Braves on... oops wrong sign off haha

That would be nice if it was Bradley and Duke playing with that score! :D

But Duke guts out the win and my bracket stays in decent shape for now. :)

Not to jinx things, but my office pool bracket is looking pretty darn good as VCU is doing a number on Purdue 56-44 with just over 15 minutes left. No shock if a shorthanded Purdue loses this game, but a pretty big shot that the supposed third best team out of the CAA is the one who beats them! Thankfully I changed my office pool picks at the last minute to pick VCU as a Sweet 16 team, but too late to change my Bradleyfans pools.

Still a lot of time left, but VCU has looked like one of the most dominant teams in the tournament so far.

Although it won't help my brackets at all, at least if Purdue loses this game, Lusk will officially be available to interview tomorrow without any other distractions! That assumes, of course, that a DIFFERENT candidate hasn't already been offered the job.

I like this line of thinking, haha. I am officially a supporter of Lusk for the job, even if I have no idea if he's even being considered, lol,

Very true on both counts!

VCU now up 82-64 with under 4 minutes to go. So you can just about stick a fork into Purdue now!

anyone impresed with how many of the fine players who are playing well for their teams are kids...
who either were committed to Bradley or who were close and who the new facilities might have landed them??

Marquette's Dwight Buycks, Darius Johnson-Odom
Michigan's Zack Novak and Ben Brust
Louisville's Kyle Kuric
Butler's Shelvin Mack and Ronald Nored
Washington's Scott Suggs
Memphis' Wesley Witherspoon
Illinois' Billy Cole almost came to BU
Purdue's Ryne Smith, Kelsey Barlow, and Lewis Jackson
Wisconsin's Josh Gasser & Ben Brust
and there's even a couple others...

Well, Ohio St gets stunned by Kentucky tonight, thereby completely wrecking my brackets! And now VCU/Florida St. heading to overtime tied at 65!

At least let's hope VCU can pull this out! I'm hoping for a Butler/VCU final since my bracket is ruined now. :D

YES! VCU does it again with a one point overtime win over Florida St 72-71! Two mid-majors remain in the Elite Eight with VCU set to meet Kansas and Butler meeting Florida this weekend.

VCU has a tall order ahead of them, but who knows. That's why they play the games! :D
