Ugly...but...a WIN!

Too many mistakes. Cross court passes are a big NO-NO! Versace hated them and told his teams to not do them. We should do the same.
Shooting was good but we need better and quicker ball movement on offense.
Must learn to take care of the ball!!
Free throws are still terrible. On balance though, we won on the road so that's a big plus..but we still need LOTS OF WORK.

FT shooting at the end of the game was great though....so maybe that will boost their confidence some
 
After a 1-7 start at the line hard to believe free throws won this game for us. Maybe a breakout game for Koch and DLO at the line. Hope so we'll see

Take away Koch's ft's and we shot 79% as a team.......going forward I would take that from the rest of the team in a heart beat regardless of Koch's numbers because I don't think he'll shoot 6 ft's a game
 
The Good-
-we've scored over 80 points three times this season and we also have shot over 50% three times this season...
Both are features of our game that have barely happened at all over the past FIVE YEARS!!
-despite shooting poorly from the line early on- when it mattered, down the stretch and in OT - we were great including 11-12 in OT!
-our 3-pt shooting has been above average and has been really good at clutch times - again, something we have not seen from a Bradley team in 5-6 years!
-we have won four games, BEFORE December. We didn't win our 4th game until February 6 last year.
-we definitely had a better rebounding game
-and I would classify as good - the fact that we overcame 24 turnovers - something that, by all rights, should have killed our guys' confidence on the road.

The Bad-
-FT shooting, especially from the guys like Bar who are gonna be at the FT line a lot in clutch times
-turnovers- something that seems to parallel the use of a lot of new & inexperienced players - but many of these turnovers were silly efforts to do stuff that we know better, and were completely unforced.
-we still allow a lot of easy drives into the lane - last night giving up too many easy points in the paint.

but I agree with a lot of the other assessments, that this team is way more fun to watch and since we have zero seniors plus 6 of our top 7 contributors are freshmen & sophomores, then they will get better and I expect these "bad" issues to improve.
