Twitter

I know I'm old. (46) I am usually pretty interested in new technology. I have to say I hate Twitter. I gave it a try. Maybe I just don't understand it. It seems like a huge anoyance to dig through tweets you follow to find anything you are interested. Anyone else agree or totally disagree?

The one nice thing is you can follow something and have it texted to you.
You can select to "follow" other people and have their updates sent to your
phone. This could be nice from breaking news from something very specific
like cubs.com or something like that. Obviously something that "tweets"
several times a day, that would be annoying. That is the only real benefit I
have seen in it.

I receive way to many emails for my liking and I have no desire to have my day interrupted continuously by Twitter. I have a short attention span how it is!:D

You can join and just follow people like Jim Les etc., many coaches are now twittering.

Here are a few of Jim Les Twitters.....

Hawks/Red Wings...was loving it live last night. Atmosphere was GREAT!

"spread" is still part of the package-just "tweaking"! Outside events not Rivermen impact our sched. the most. Dave is solid-jus clarifying.

Feels good to have a voice, can eliminate a lot of confusion/frustration/questions!

Feel very fortunate to have opp to go to Brazil. Tremendous basketball/cultural experience for our players/coaches!

I'm 21 and have never had the interest and probably never will have an interest in twitter. I find it extremely pointless and rather boring actually. I don't see the point in it as well, especially for regular individuals...no offense, but myself included, who really is going to care that I'm eating chicken for dinner, going to the bank, or what have you. Not an age thing what so ever.
