-#2 Texas beats #9 Michigan State by 11 points, (All 3 of MI State's losses have been to current ranked teams. TX with its 2nd straight Top 25 win, however they missed 11 Free Throws and 10 Free Throws in the 2 games. Finding ways to win when the FT's aren't going down.)

- 6-6 Oral Roberts beats #13 New Mexico by 9 points, (NM takes its first loss after starting 12-0, they beat Creighton last game by 5 points)
-#6 West Virginia beats #15 Mississippi by 10 points, (both of MS losses have been to Top 10 teams, this was first Top 25 game for WV)
- 9-4 S. Alabama beats #18 Florida by 1 point, (Florida takes its 3rd loss in a row after starting 8-0)
-#22 Washington beats #19 TX A&M by 9 points, (TX A&M lost a starting guard for the season & is now 2-2 against Top 25. Washington is 1-1 for Top 25)
- 11-1 UAB beats #20 Butler by 10 points, (UAB now 2-0 against Top 25, which includes a win over the S. Alabama from above. Butler can kiss the Top 25 goodbye, have gone 5-4 after starting 3-0.)

-#6 West Virginia beats 9-2 Seton Hall by 6 points in Overtime, (Seton Hall missed 17 Free Throws on 33 attempts. West Virginia goes to 12-0. Heading into Conference Play, the Big East only has 2 teams with 4+ losses, that's Providence and Depaul.)
