Ticket Sales?

There are plenty of good tickets available, including some lower bowl tickets. It is not nearing a sellout.
 
Part of the problem is that the game Wednesday against Creighton is on TV (Comcast). The Carver Arena has a lot of tickets on the ends and up high that are not great seats. It makes it difficult to sell out for a TV game. But I do think the attendance Wednesday will be the highest so far this season.
 
lol, me and some of the guys in my fraternity are gonna come up for the game in peoria, gonna call in ahead of time and buy the tickets, so add about 6 more to the total, hopefully a great sell-out for my buds to see, only one other is from peoria, and the rest of them have never been to a game, hell most of them are from chicago. Lets hope the braves give my buds from chicago a great show, proving that they are the biggest show in town!

Do you know how many games when I was growing up that I sat in Sec 20 or Sec 6?


If you want to go to a game bad enough, you will be willing to sit just about anywhere!
 
Worried about a sell-out when the Prez is on the tv at the same time?

No wonder this country is in the crapper.... lol

I honestly don't think the seats up high are that bad of seats. I was in the front row of the "student section" for the last game and had to sit and watch due to the people behind me but with the marketing stuff going on in front of the student section, you can't see anything sitting down so me and a buddy went up to the upper bowl where we could at least see.

I agree with you, if you want to go to a game bad enough, it wouldn't matter to you where you sit. It's like the BU-ISU game @ISU, every year we sit in basically the top row of the stadium, but who cares, we are there at least instead of watching it on tv.

TIVO it! What is he going to say that will change your life if you do not listen to it! Sorry I've already heard enough from the media and leaks from the his administration to know what he will cover. I'd much rather listen to Snell saying, "KABOOM!".

What could he possibly say that the general public doesn't already know...
 
Anyone else feel what a disappointment it was to not have at least 10,000 people at the game on wed. night, kind of wonder if we are going to have 1 sellout this season (ISU) would not surprize me if that game does not sellout.

I was more disappointed in the lack of white-out participation from the people that were there! :?
