Thijin Moses

Here is anarticle about Boys to Men players and the team Chicago Jaguars, and in the story it quotes Thijin Moses' AAU coach, Fred Kopko as saying this about Moses.....

"In addition to its NBA-sized frontcourt, Chicago has Thijin Moses, a 6-8 swingman who Kopko said is most likely headed to DePaul.

Moses, who had seven points against the Storm, showed his athletic ability on the fastbreak on a couple of occasions when he finished with high-flying dunks."

It also mentions:

"Chicago coach Fred Kopko said the University of Washington is looking at (Craig) Brackins, while Kansas, Georgetown and West Virginia are among the schools showing interest in (Mac) Koshwal."

I saw speculation that Thijin Moses was having issues with his eligibility and maybe some problems with the NCAA clearinghouse. Does anyone know if this is true?

I thought the NCAA clearinghouse only got involved with their review once a kid signs or enrolls with a school, and Moses is still uncommitted. In fact, he is just about the only top 150 kid left unsigned. The only other couple are kids with academic issues and who asked for release of their LOI because of coaching changes. That leads me to believe Moses may not end up eligible, but I continue to see recruiting sites say he is headed to DePaul. Anyone know?

These guys should look awesome, they are what 20-21 years old playing on the 17U AAU circuit. How good do you think Crouch and Adams would look if they were playing high school seniors to be? Like all-americans I bet. Besides their age and their ability to ever be eligible, I would have to question their ability to pass college courses. BTM isn't exactly set up to expand young mens minds. Let Depaul have him.
