Star Syracuse guard Eric Devendorf was accused by a female student of striking her back on Halloween night, but despite requests by the local police to the states attorney to issue an arrest warrant, the states attorney refused. He turned the case over to the Syracuse University judiciary board.
Jim Boeheim has repeatedly refused to issue any discipline, saying it's not his job.
Now Devendorf has been suspended by the judicial board for the remainder of the school year--
