Student Involvement

a few comments...

the article says "they have nothing to play for"...
but that's baloney -
-they have the pride of winning to play for
-they have the potential to win the conference championship (even tho ineligible for the tourney)
-and they can and HAVE played in the post-season - playing in the CIT in BOTH 2015 & 2016

but it's easier to get the students that involved with an on-campus arena, but that doesn't take away that they have indeed done a great job

Many recall back in the 50's, 60's and 70's that Bradley was the exact same way - with students lined up hours before the game and the student side packed with thousands of incredibly loud student-fans.
Would love to have it that way again but even when we tried the on-campus experiment I think we saw those days are gone - the current students just aren't as engaged in athletics, competition and events like this...


(btw- Grand Canyon Univ. was one of the finalists for Jayden Hodgson before he chose Bradley!)
