The plot thickens:

"Indiana University basketball player DeAndre Thomas and the mother of star recruit Devin Ebanks told investigators Kelvin Sampson participated in three-way phone calls that violated previously imposed NCAA sanctions against the IU basketball coach.

When IU released a report Oct. 30 detailing the violations, numerous names were redacted. The Star made another public records request, asking specifically that it be redacted only to the extent required by law."

I can't see anyway the NCAA doesn't come down on this scum bag. If he doesn't lose his job there is no justice. How a great kid like MR could not see through his act is beyond me. Maybe there is a reason but I don't think I'll go there. If he cheats about phone calls what else can we assume???? I used to think IU was a school that would not allow cheating, but now???? You can draw your conclusions.

I never agreed with this hire and never will. All I can say, like I've said from day 1 is "FIRE KELVIN SANCTION!"

I really don't like the direction the Indiana athletic program has taken since the firing of Bob Knight. Bob Knight comes with a little baggage, but at least he runs a clean and respectable program with high graduation rates.

After Mike Davis, they had the opportunity to hire Steve Alford, but instead decided to hire Mr. Sanction. It was crummy for the administration to snub Alford, but they did so because of his perception as a "Bob Knight Guy" and they don't want to renew those ties in any way. What a shame!

It's a real travesty to see the Indiana program become what it has become. I am a true basketball enthusiast and I would rather have a program that is clean, run by a coaching staff that not only know Xs and Os, but are also good role models. Programs like that create student althletes that are a real joy to cheer for! Men that are a true joy to have represent your university on and off the court.

Luckily, we have these things at Bradley. Sure, losses like Butler and Michigan State just break my heart. But our men are fun to watch on the court. It's a lot of fun watching them develop and get better. They each bring unique skills to the game that are fun to watch them perform, win or lose. Our men also represent the University well off the court. That's the type of program that wins my heart.

Man, I can't wait until the VCU game tonight!
