Unless they act decisive and announce a coach that will change the dynamics of what we all believe possible. I'm hoping they have someone in mind and are going to announce him to the public rather sooner then later.
 
hmmm. I thought he would get one more year. Oh well, better to cut loose sooner than later I guess. I just hope we don't lose any of the players I really like...
 
That didn't take long. Just had a long phone call explaining who he heard it from and I was trying to confirm with another Sounds like it is fact.

Not enough room here, but I had blown this off last night as drunks from another school talking. They were "big wigs" with PEPSI, MO. and told me they had heard from there A.D. that it was going to happen today. Thought they were just eating and drinking too much Charlie Gitto's.

I'm with you B4L. JL is a class act and has been about as good an ambassador for BU that we all could have hoped for. He should hold his head up high and I'm sure he is. If this is all ego driven then it will come out in the open by who is put in to replace him. If we are taking a few steps back, without a hope to move forward, then I expect a huge backlash.

This is the part that scares me, we need a good search committee and be willing to pay more if we expect to get a good coach, if the board lets this Pres. pick a coach then things will not get better.
