Remy coming back?

Sorry for the tease but...

@TheRecruitScoop: RT @JeffRabjohns: Indiana announces Remy Abell will transfer.

As GREAT as it would be to get him, that would put two of our scholarships on hold because of transfers. Not sure if I would want to commit to that if I were Geno.

this doesn't surprise me - I have believed right from the start that going to IU was aiming too high..........
he's a good kid that finally took a while to figure out he's only being used as a stopgap and fallback by Tom Crean....although it's possible (per some sources) he's being "Matt-Rothed" and told his scholarship isn't being renewed..

Aimin for division 1 is to high 4 remy. he cant play offense and is terrible on defense. you guys overhyped this kid.

I have nothing to substantiate this, but I could see him landing at a school like WKU. I think he's a nice player and would have been an asset for Bradley, but that's water under the bridge.

Remy Abell is the 6th man on a team that was ranked #1 nationally...with 5-Star players playing behind him..
If Remy isn't a D-I player then then neither are the multiple Top 40 players he's playing ahead of.
He just wants to start & play more like Mike Shaw

let's see - when he was signed & under LOI to come to BU - we cut him loose then used the scholarship to go get Devon Hodges...
while Remy went on to help his team win a Big Ten Title....
and you think we "overhyped" Remy?

I agree. When Bradley released him, he seemingly was star-struck by all of the things that Indiana basketball likely offers on a visit. After spending two years in the program, he probably came to the conclusion that he could be a starter and major contributor if he dropped down a notch.

I know this new guy is entitled to his opinion...

but I would take RA in a heartbeat back at Bradley.

Its not like we should hold a grudge... he got a scholarship to Indiana and Les left... anyone would have taken it.

I think he would be great at BU.
