Red-white Scrimmage

Parking will be a non-issue.

1) By 5-7, all campus parking will be opening up. Being Friday, there are few afternoon classes, so fewer cars on campus.

2) There is the temp lot on Maplewood, not to mention 2 new paved parking lots--one behind the Alumni Office in Comstock on Institute as well as another one on the corner of Glenwood and Fredonia, opposite Whittier School's playground.

3) Plenty of spots on the street will be available along Bradley, Institute, and Glenwood as well.

I don't believe I have ever been to any reasonably well attended event at the Field House where parking was a non-issue.

Sadly I will miss the Red-White.....will be at Gill's attending a celebration of our record month in sales last month.....will have find out who scheduled this dinner (grrrrrrrr).....

I expect a full report by all attendees....... :)
not a bad place to be if you can't make the red white game
dont go cheap on those fritters

The red-White scrimmage starts at 6:30 right????? All press releases that I have seen state
a 6:30 starting time, but my ticket has a 6:00 starting time printed on it...

Note that that article that BUBraves06 linked to has an updated schedule of events--

104th Season Is Here
• The Bradley men’s basketball team will make its public debut for the 104th season in program history Friday when the Braves join the Bradley women in a double-header for the annual Red-White Scrimmage at Robertson Memorial Fieldhouse.

• Friday evening’s festivities will begin with the annual Spaghetti Supper, which has been moved from the ITOO Hall on Farmington Road to Haussler Hall on the Bradley campus behind the Fieldhouse.

• Doors will open for the Spaghetti Supper at 4:30 and the Red-White Scrimmage will tip off at 6:30, beginning with the women’s scrimmage.

i have been told by a few of the cheerleaders that there is supposed to be a big surprise for the red/white game. No idea what this could be. Maybe a surprise visit by POB? I am really clueless on this one. Should be interesting. Can't wait.

Does anyone know if this is on radio and can it be picked up off the internet? I look forward to everyones recaps after the game.

I would like to see one of the following... A big announcement from a stud recruit that he is coming to Bradley--just dreaming out loud---

or a visit from the Hawk! :)
