Random thought - I really liked it when JL wore the red blazer against DePaul to open the '06-'07 season. I don't think we've seen it since then. I'd love to see it make its re-appearance sometime soon. I like old school, school spirit-type things like that. A lot of coaches still do it from time to time, wouldn't mind seeing us do it again. Maybe for the MVC Championship game on CBS this March? :D

I agree. Not just JL but all the coach's and red sweaters for the hard working managers:) School Spirit and some team unity:D Why not we have fan white, red and now black outs:D I am sure there is a Tailor that can make a suit to JL like-in:lol: JK
 
We know JL already has the red blazer, although I think it has made its way to the back of the closet. :(

KK used to wear once a few times a year as well. If Dr. Cross really wanted to start endearing himself to us old schoolers, he may look into getting one of those red blazers. Embrace the tradition! ;)
 
;) I agree with red blazers and sweaters. But I'm 100% sure I saw a ball passed to him on the sideline this season while wearing a red sweater, maybe he should have been sitting down ;)
 
Jim ought to go with a white suit, black shirt, red shoes, and red tie/hankie.

Patino isn't the only one who can get away with wearing white in the winter! :lol:

That's what my friend texted me and told me about an hour ago. Not gonna lie, I'll be extremely psyched if we are wearing black unis. The bulls colors are red and white and I like their black uni the best, the blackhawks are red and white and while I like their winter classic jerseys the best, the black ones they were on occasion are my next favorite.
 
I am against black uniforms. Our colors are red and white, not red, black, and white. I know it's the popular thing to do nowadays, but I am more of a traditional, old school type. That, and if we're going to wear an alternative uniform, it should be on the road. Home is for white uniforms, and white uniforms ONLY!
 
My dad was director of the fieldhouse toward the end of his long career at BU and he had a nice red blazer he wore for big events....maybe I will break it out.....then again I don't quite fill it out like he did!;)

Oh come on! Tradition can be overrated sometimes and this is one. I guess we should go back to the short shorts because that was tradition.:lol:

I like the idea of an alternative uniform. never to early to start a new tradition.:lol:
 
If we come out in alternates....a nice blackout....10,000 BU fans....If we don't win by 19 or more I will still be disappointed! :twisted:

Whites at home...alternatives on the road...unless they do intros to 'Back in Black'...then I approve. ;)
