Recruit last night

Was there a couple of recruits sitting behind the BU bench next to Flash last night? He was talking to them through out the whole game. Anybody know who they were and what year in school. Still hoping we sign someone this week, but its not looking good.

Well, we kind of got a 'guy' last night in Dodie Dunson, so I guess you could say we have 1 for next year. If I am BU I am looking for big shooters and big post players.

No, there were no recruits in the front row last night. Donivine Stewart was at the game. And I heard there was at least one other young recruit at the game, but he was not identified.

I know of at least 3 recruits at the game, but owing to some really unfortunate situations in the recent past with comments.....let's let the coach recruit and we can talk basketball... ;)

BU has a definite chance. He was at the BU game by his own choosing, and he's been to a number of games in previous years.

I wouldn't exactly say that means much...

Frank Williams went to plenty of BU games and BU had no chance with him...

I believe KW in his in game blog indicated Les' son Tyler was there with Donine Stewart, and Andrew Jordan from Manual HS...Too bad, no Max Bielfeldt!

OOPS...on solidifying your point.....Marvin Jordan signed with Ball State not Andrew....at least I think that is the case....maybe they both did???

Ahhh...yeah, thats on me if thats the case...

Didn't realize there was more than one Jordan on their team and just looked at the last name...

Well, that and I'm not in the area...so yeah, thats on me...

Let me put it this way though, I think Wilkins has a better chance at making it to Bradley than Stewart, and we all know how I feel about that...

OK on that note is there any word on his injunction. Judges usually rule on them pretty quickly! Also, where is the NJCAA's HQ?

I would say BU has no chance

Reasoning please SLB????? You usually bring some facts with your game but you've given me nothin' here. What do you know? Why do you say that? Is this speculation on your part (and therefore nothing more than BS), or do you have solid facts?

Haven't heard anything as of yet.

Their contact info:

NJCAA National Office
1755 Telstar Drive, Suite 103 Colorado Springs, CO 80920

phone
719.590.9788

fax
719.590.7324

Be sure to contact them and let them know how you feel about the Wilkins situation

The reason I wanted to know where they were located has to do with the injunction because the NJCAA could request an annulment of the injunction from their state, thus delaying the ruling. I'm not sure how Colorado's court system would handle this but historically it is quite conservative and I'd bet they would give in to the NJCAA. Injunction and all this could take some time to clear up!
