OT - Politics as a Sport - Last night's debate

making a one second error on a marathon time that he wasn't bragging about anyway.....
is a bit different than trying to bully someone you are having an argument with by saying "I have three degrees" when you have only one, IMO.
 
If this isn't the clearest indication we have problems in American politics, I don't know what is.

People arguing over which candidates lie less, and when something was or was not identified as a terrorist act.

Neither candidate is going to cut spending....look at the money they are raising and spending in their campaigns:-o

Pretty much how I feel. I also hope but doubt it if in the next debate there is a question regarding Special Interest, Citizen United v FEC and campaign reform. The media is also in on it and that is part of the problem. The guys who own the television stations in Ohio must love their revenue stream every 4 years!

The topic for the next debate is foreign policy, so those type of questions look doubtful.
