Good luck Rutgers. Oops, I mean Omari. If you get Josh, good luck Illinois, you won't need another 3 point shooter.

Since Morgan went to a four-year college, I'm assuming his early departure will not count against Bradley's graduation percentage. I forgot how the NCAA refers to it.

Welcome to Tarleton State U. Jermaine. Wherever the hell that is . Never heard of it but I'm a fan they took JM for us. Best of luck JM I'm betting you get more minutes there than you would have here. P.S. You may want to practice your free throw shooting this summer oh and layups too.

lol, nice one, Chico!

I'm still shocked that a Omari was able to land at a Big 10 school (albeit just Rutgers).

With Chris Collins and the Northwestern Wildcats on the upswing, the Big 10 needed another bottom feeder team they could beat the crap out of. 8)

Rutgers needs to take some of their Big Ten football money and hire a coach who can land some of the enormous pool of talent right in their back yard.
They shoulda got Bobby Hurley - but his dad is still available...and his brother (Dan) just won 23 games at Rhode Island for gosh sakes....go get him!

I know Eddie Jordan is a nice try but look at his coaching record - he's never won anywhere - and he sure hasn't landed any talent...beyond leftovers and disgruntled transfers.

there is nothing official but I am going to go ahead and make the call... I think Josh Cunningham ends up with the Illini in Champaign..

Joanne Glasser - unknown - heard rumor was pursuing position at a law school, also rumored to have received nice buyout
Michael Cross - unknown
Geno Ford - unknown but Ohio courts proceeding legal garnishment to satisfy the penalty Kent State was awarded
Ron Coleman - assistant coach at UIC
JayDee Luster - unknown
Jaden Uken - assistant coach at Fordham
Cole Pittis - unknown
Auston Barnes - signed with agent, hasn't been signed with any team yet. Still on probation thru 6/17/2016,
Tramique Sutherland - unknown - interesting since he was perhaps our most valuable player 2nd half of season
Kendahl Amerson - unknown
Josh Cunningham - Nothing official but I think transfers to Illini. Has 260 career points & 247 career rebounds in DI.
Xavier Taylor - unknown

Departing Players

Departing Players

I see where J Morgan landed at Tarleton State. I believe that they are Div II? Was he not a good player? If not, why was he here? What does it say for the departing athletes when they have not found another team already? Were they that bad or was it just late in the recruiting season?

Regardless of where they all land, non athletes as well, I hope that all of the departing Bradley folks do well. Even though we badly slipped in the last 4 years, I can hardly wish them anything else but the best.

To some extent they just aren't that good. In the case of Morgan and probably Sutherland when he makes his decision is that they were going to have to sit out a year if they went to a D1 school. By going to DII they can play immediately. I don't think there is a single D1 school that would waste a scholarship on someone of their caliber because they have to sit out the one year and only have the one year of eligibility left after that.

one of two things is at play...or a mix of both (which is what I think)

either it is just now becoming crystal clear that the highly touted recruiting classes the past 4 years we not very talented at all despite being rated highly by some - and they were overhyped and exaggerated by our local media.

Plus they did not seem to improve in their time at Bradley for whatever reason
