Official Bradley release regarding Jeremy Crouch's injury

The report says very little about the injury. Just calls it a strain. That sounds kind of minor. But to say he's out indefinitely sounds more serious. I hope he stays out and gets healthy. This team will miss JC, but we did OK when Daniel Ruffin was out, and I feel sure the other guys will step up.

So you doubted me, Mike?

I think the estimate on how long JC stays out will depend on
his progress if he stays off his knee.

That is still better news then I heard yesterday of 4to 6 weeks; a strain or bruised knee will heel faster then one that needs any kind of repair.

I think 4-6 weeks is still what should be expected. There's been nothing by the paper or the university to dispute that. Prepare for the worst, and be happy if it's less than that.

I'm not hugely worried, we play as a team, this is not like having Cellus or POB go down in the stretch run last year, everyone plays scores. Just gives AW more time to learn on the court.
My only concern is making sure he doesnt try to come back too early and end up like Dotzler at CU.

Well.............

crap.

When you play a 4 guard rotation, you can lose one, but now you're going to extend the starters' minutes. Fatigue could be an issue at some point, even though we have the depth, on paper, to handle this.
