Next year's schedule

or even better. a home and home vs syracuse. would be fun, and they're an up and coming team, very young, still improving.

Not sure why, maybe others can tell me .... but I doubt Az St or Syracuse (especially) will go for a home-and-home series with us.

A 3 game series is possible with the Cuse......as long as its three at Syracuse.

Wait.....it won't happen, we don't have cupcake status.

I don't Villanova would be a good fit after our experience there a few years ago and Syracuse probably still remembers the 1982 NIT Carrier Dome massacre.

The Vill. coach at the time said he would NEVER come back to BU because of our floor.

NOW there is grumblings from many during the HS tournament.....something HAS to be done. It may sound like a stretch but something like this could hurt Peoria's chances of keeping the tournament.

FIX the problem. I don't care if you have to melt the ice and fill it up and refreeze it.

Its ridiculous.

I agree! The floor is a joke, and the joke just may be on Peoria's resume next time the high school tourney comes up for bids. That is one reason I was hoping that BU would be able to figure out a way to build a nice campus arena and stick it to the Civic Center for such a poor floor all these years! Did anyone notice during the UNI game in St. Louis how many players were slipping? Same problem I guess...

Just move the Rivermen. They play all year to make the playoffs and are lucky to get 1000 fans when they do.
