NCAA clarifies the recent Juco eligibility ruling

They now say if your only year of juco was 2020-21, which was already ruled as not counting against eligibility limits (Covid year), then you do not get the extra year via the recent Juco ruling.

Thus, Duke Deen cannot return in 2025-26

Unless I am misunderstanding, that is not true.
There have been multiple other players since 1986 who reached 1000 points for Bradley in 3 seasons or less.

Malevy Leons scored 1,179 points in 3 seasons at Bradley (2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24)
Rienk Mast played only 3 seasons at Bradley and scored 1001 points. (2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23)
Marcellus Sommerville scored 1,493 points with Bradley in just 3 seasons (2003-04, 2004-05, and 2005-06).
And Curtis Stuckey scored 1,248 points with Bradley in just 2 seasons (1989-90 & 1990-91).
