There are reports Stephen Curry will be traded from Golden State, who drafted him #7 yesterday, to the Phoenix Suns in a deal for Amare Stoudamire. Apparently, even before the draft, the two teams were discussing the trade of Stoudamire to Golden State, but after Curry surprisingly fell to the Warriors, now the Suns have asked that he be included in the deal.

In another breaking story- Spanish 18 year-old point guard Ricky Rubio, who was drafted #5 yesterday by Minnesota, may not play for them. Apparently, his father has told media people in Europe that they were hoping Ricky would get drafted by a team in a larger market, and now they are thinking he will just stay and play a couple more years in Europe.
That is causing Minnesota to see if they can work a trade. Apparently the knicks are among a couple teams that really wanted the Spanish penom, so look for a possible trade.-

I believe in the right system he'll be a super star. The Knicks run an O that would be perfect for him. He's a pass first point guard a commodity that has become very rare in the NBA.
