Yes, but that's only if you live in the East or North end inside the city...

If you live in the suburbs as most of us do, you rarely ever see a crime committed.

That would be like stating that you and most of your friends all live next to the PCC where there also is much crime...

It's very subjective and if you there is a report, you would notice most of what goes on in St Louis City goes on at the north edge of the city or in ESL
