Royce White transferred to Iowa State and has been sitting out waiting to hear if he'd get a waiver to play this year...
the ruling finally came....NCAA says he is ineligible and has to sit out a full year just like any other transfer...tough break...
People who have seen the kid say he is a potential lottery pick-caliber player..

There was no legit reason for his appeal to have been granted and it wasn't. He will have to wait and join transfers Chris Allen, Chris Babb and Anthony Booker on the roster next year. ISU should be pretty decent next year if the roster holds, which is always an issue in Ames for some reason.
