With all the Cincinnati players who got in serious trouble with crime, alcohol, drugs, everbody put the blame of Bob Huggins, but the Cincinnati Bengals just had their NINTH player-arrest of the year.

I dunno know... I lived in that area for about 5 years. I got to see an ugly portion of that town.
