I would include Noah depending on what else Denver wants (and presuming an extension for Melo). I'd be fine with Noah and some combo of picks and James Johnson. I'd pass if they wanted Gibson as well though.

Noah isn't a special player but he's cheap. If you move him, you can deal Deng for an older big who's roughly as good as Noah but has a bloated deal.

The reason the Nuggets don't want Deng is because he's an average player with a large contract. If I'm the Nuggets, I want cheap deals or nothing for Anthony rather than wasting my time and cap room on a guy like Deng.

EDIT: Looks like the Bulls have to include Deng to make the numbers work. I'd definitely need Noah if I'm Denver to take on Deng. I'd still do it if I'm the Bulls but I'd be hurting for a decent defensive center.
