..guy that are headed to P-4 programs...maybe not guys like Pavlovic or Gerganov

It's hard to know without some knowledge of the compensation being given the European players. I strongly suspect these rules will not affect Pavlovic, and probably won't affect Gerganov. But we'll have to wait and see.

The college coach who could be most affected is Will Wade, new head coach at LSU. He has chosen to use a large NIL fund to load up his roster with some talented transfers along with several older, skilled, experienced European pro players.
