Illinois State a #2 seed in NIT

Maryland gets a number 5 seed!! Hilarious. They have to travel to Minnesota for their first game. That's the first intelligent thing I've seen tonight!
 
I think CU v Florida could be a really fun game to watch. Didnt CU beat Florida in the tourney a couple years ago.
 
Does anyone else feel like the stigma of the NIT is diminishing. I'd be happy to play against these teams. The two finalist of last years NCAA are in the NIT now...I really think that with all this talk of expanding the NCAA tournament and some big schools going into the NIT that the NIT is losing some of it's bad reputation and is making a case of being a really good legitimate tournament..

CBI is the new NIT..it's too bad we couldn't get into this..that'd help us out with recruits
 
Creighton and SIU in the same bracket....Those guys were worried about the Valley getting several teams in the NIT Final Four. :)
 
yeah and all of these games are getting on espn now...it's definitely becoming a legit post-season tourney...i just confirmed my own beliefs haha

no worries though Bradley in the NCAA next season ;)
