Well I just picked up todays issue of the scout, and I was shocked to read a POSITIVE opinion column about Bradley's participation in the CBI! The sports editor raised many good points and it was an enjoyable read.

On the previous page was a letter to the editor also saying the CBI was a good thing for Bradley basketball, and I am convinced this student must read these boards because every one of his arguments had been raised on this board ;)

It is not available online as of yet (10:30am) but when it is I will link it. Nice to see some of the sports staff has some Bradley PRIDE!

CBI repeat on FCS This Morning

In case you are stuck inside watching it rain this morning, one of the FCS channels is repeating the 2nd game in the CBI final, the one at Peoria where we won!::-D. It kicks off at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
 
I am watching this replay of game 2 of the CBI. One thing I can appreciate watching it again is how well the big men set screens. Matt Salley, David Collins, and Theron Wilson were great with their screens, and the officials didn't call a lot of moving screen calls. It lead to a lot of easy baskets, and even some second chance baskets by the big men coming to the basket after setting the screens.

Collins looked very good this game. He has a chance to be pretty good next year.
