I get a different figure for BU's opponent's record...how do you get 51-37?
I get 44-32 for the teams we've already played....
If you are also counting the teams BU has NOT played yet, Loyola (6-2) & Iowa State (7-3), then you still get 57-37.
BYU is 8-1
Idaho State is 2-8
Wofford is 5-6
Presbyterian is 2-8
Oklahoma St. is 8-1
Illinois is 8-2
NIU is 1-5
Western Carolina is 10-1
Total record...44-32



Here are the non-con opponent records of each of the MVC teams counting the games they have played thus far...

BU - 44-32
CU - 41-36
DU - 51-50
UE - 22-33 plus played a D-II team
ISU - 26-45
InSU - 45-28 plus played a D-II
MSU - 40-39
UNI - 39-34
SIU - 20-30 plus played a D-II
WSU - 30-57 plus played a D-II

this tends to put a different light on the gaudy W-L record of Missouri State and Wichita State...but SIU, ISU, and UE have all played really pansy schedules...
and ISU still has Grambling coming up!

Haven't checked but I'm guessing the "missing" wins come against non-RPI eligible teams.

nope, I checked that, too... I counted all wins, even the ones our opponents have against non-D-I's

but I counted them since most of the wins over D-II's are still more impressive than the wins ISU has against their ridiculous schedule

I'm a Misoouri State believer...they have to prove me wrong now. Any team that can be 21 up late against Tulsa this year has to be good.
