Final score: Drake 77 Bradley 51

Here we are once again on Championship Sunday for the Mo Valley tournament championship. Drake and BU, proven to be the two best teams in the conference, going after that Big Dance ticket. We need to match Drake’s physics play with our own. Have to be strong with the ball and convert our FT’S. Can’t let Penn dictate the action or we’re in trouble. IT’S TIME! LET’S GO GET US A CHAMPIONSHIP BOYS!! GET ER DONE!!!

There are about 4 thousands Bradley fans, and maybe 800-1000 Drake fans.

Wow...this is a slaughter.....
Braves not anywhere near up to the challange today....every Braves shot is a 1 and done....terrible D'.:oops::oops:

I was hoping to get the lead down to 10 by half.... but they look super tired. Don't think they will be coming back... hope I'm wrong

Put in the 7 footer Jovovich....maybe he can block a shot.....starters not even giving their all now anyway....already missed about 10 bunnies for the game.

Drake was hot we were not. 25-9 record I'd take any season. Hope we get an NIT bid.

GO BRADLEY

We automatically get one due to winning the regular season.

Drake is the better team. I think that is pretty apparent. I know we won with our best home crowd in a decade+, but on a neutral court I think Drake wins more often that not. When Rienk disappeared we went back to how we were early in the year with no go to guy. Deen tries to be, but he is not. I couldn't believe how sloppy we played on defense. We flew by what seemed like every ball fake instead of staying on our feet.

Overall, this year had some ups and downs, but was a good next step for the program. We still are not where programs like Loyola (before this year) and Drake are, but we took one step closer in being a top of the conference regular season team. Hopefully we get most of the guys back, add a couple pieces, schedule well, and make next year that final step to being a top tier annual mid major. I think it'd be nice to know Mast's decision before the NIT, because I'd love to see guys like Davis, Jonovic, and Hannah get a little more run to start prepping for next year. We should still go for the wins of course in a big tournament, but maybe just get them out there a little bit to develop.

Hopefully we get a home game for the NIT. In the past it would be an automatic with the way the crowd turnouts... not sure how it works now

Need an NIT game to get back to feeling good and play better then we did in Arch Madness! I would absolutely be thrilled for another home game! We are relatively young compared to Drake and Loyola (from the yr before)

I think if the game had been close or overtime we might have had a shot at an at-large bid from the NCAA but with the clobbering we took today I dont think so
