Frank Sylvester played 3 seasons for the Bradley varsity from 1968-1971, for Joe Stowell. He wasn't a great scorer, but he was the best dribbler/ball handler I've ever seen at Bradley. At 5'4", nobody could steal the ball from him, even with double-teams and full court pressing.

Was Frankie the player that would chase an opponent up court and when he got close to him dive on the court and slide under the path of the ball so the opponent would lose control of his dribble. I think it was either him or Tom Les
Carl Maniscalco was at Jackson Community College with Dick Versace and transferred to Bradley when Dick got the job here. Carl played 36 minutes per game as Bradley's point guard in the 1978-79 season.
Here is the roster and stats for that first season with Versace (1978-79)- https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/schools/bradley/men/1979.html
