Eastman update

Well with Eastman finally playing, I really like his ball handling. Love the way he wants to push it up the lane and find the open man instead of just jogging the ball around the 3 point line. His shot has been a little off today but given that this is his first real taste of college ball, i'll give him a B+.

he has looked very good

He took the ball strong to the basket and also went inside and rebounded, DSE and Jake both appear to be strong with the ball and both also get inside and rebound, Milos is a good shooter but needs to improve his footwork so his defense will get better, very good freshman class with size.

Some have opined that JL should get at least 1-2 more years after this season to see if the recently recruited talent of the last two years can take this program to a level expected by Bradley fans.

On the other hand, a young group of top notch talent like JP, DSE, TB, JE, MK, and AT might be the bait, along with the new facilities, to attract some great coaching candidates

I really like this kid already. His effort and intensity is what I have wanted to see from Braves players all year! The way he scrapped for the ball and actually went to the offensive glass unlike most Braves got me excited. If JP can be the back to the basket guy with DSE impressing me with his intensity and PG ability and MK being a spot up shooter if he eliminates his freshman type turnovers (understandable) then a future lineup with those four freshamn excites me. Plus JW (if he comes),TB, WE, AT and will still be around after next year as well with those freshman. Lots of potential for the future with the whole package of shooting, quickness, and size. Although as we have seen so far this year, you still have to put that potential together on the court. People talk about next year, but the year after excites me very much too!
