Drake starting lineup...

I listened to Les' post game comments and once again he took little responsibility and questioned the players effort. If that's true then he needs to send a message with the starting lineup in Des Moines.

I saw very little of the Loyola game and none of this game, so who should start based on effort? I don't care who it is. Who should start in your opinion?

Base on mostly effort with a little bit of good play mixed in:

1)-??? JE i guess even though he isn't a point guard, SM responded last year when he went to the bench for a few games, and EM just can't shoot at all so far this year. JE handled the ball decent and gave effort and it can't be much worse than what has happened the last few games, I wish DSE was healthy
2)-AW
3)-CR
4)-TB? I guess, but he hasn't really shown up lately maybe MK
5)-??? I don't have an answer at all here, AT actually went up strong on a play though, why not try him to send a message

I don't care about Drake's starting lineup:D

and really who we start doesn't make any difference. We need to play better to win games....period

1 of our big problems is scoring and offensive flow of the game. The defense is ok, it just can't rebound effectively. I wouldn't mind seeing a lineup of below...

PG- SM
SG- Roberts
SF- Warren
FC- Brown
SG- Eastman

Seeing as how this team rarely passes the ball to the post and the rebounding is shabby as it is, we should utilize that extra long range post player for the offense. So move Brown to Center, then rotate Egolf/Thompson with him. Rotate Milos in for Warren and McCain for Roberts, Eastman and SM. Gotta try something different.

Nothing personal Jason, but I hate that lineup!

I'll give it a shot though with the understanding that we need to shake things up in the lineup.

EM
AW
TB or CR whomever wins the job in practice--
MK
WE

I would like for us to try WE and AT in the lineup at the same time, but I don't think that is going to happen.....

heres my next lineup based on todays game....

WE
MK
AW
JE
EM

I know it's Eastman's first game and the next game can be different but after today's game he starts. Maybe we can see a little change in the assistants next year and somehow talk his dad in to coming here. We know he would like to see his son play daily....

WE
AT
MK
JE
EM

Let's run and gun, we got the bigs to do it. We'll lose by 20 but at least it's something different. Might as well make this fun.
