Saginaw High School played Chicago Marshall High School last night. Marshall is rated #2 in Illinois, but Saginaw beat them 74-67.
Bradley recruit Daniel West had 10 points, 11 assists, and 5 steals (see near bottom of article).

Nice to see the assist & steals. I pictured him as a shooter. On the other hand we're a long way off from him actually signing. He must be a team player though. They seem to have several players scoring a bunch on his team.

Nice stat sheet by Daniel .........it's good to see your PG gets more asst than points........Keep Up the Good Work! 8)

Isn't Sam M. going to be the PG of the future?

Bradley plays much of the time with more than 1 point guard on the floor. In fact JL likes all his guards to have great dribbling and passing skills. There will be no problem playing Sam M., and Daniel W. at the same time.

For 1 Daniel is only a HS Jr. .....so he still has one more year of HS ball after this season.........2 it takes 2 PG to have success on the D1 level IMO........anything can happen to players throughout a season ( injury...fouls ...suspension...grades)and DR will be gone after next season!

Read about last night's ISU/SIU game and see how valuable it would have been if ISU had just about anyone who could have played backup point guard.

Boo was in foul trouble and it destroyed their ability to run the offense.
Also you never know when injury or whatever will require a backup.
Having a couple good PG's is an asset.
