Nice to see some downstate kids there. I hope you can give us a report after the camp, especially on Peoria area phenom Donovine Stewart.

Daniel, after you see him, tell me what you think of Donivine Stewart.
Then I will share by PM what I have observed, as some of it will need to stay off the boards.

This is all kinda creepy to me. An 8th grade all-star game? Can't we leave these kids alone until high school? :?

Actually, when the game is played almost all of the kids will have already graduated 8th grade, making them freshmen. Many of these kids will be playing varsity this summer (some one the same day as the game) and next season for thier respective schools and a few of them (stewart, boatright, Shaw) are already being recruited by high major D-1 schools.

Hey if they can have beauty pagents for infants, then an 8th grade all-star game is pretty far from creepy.

In my world, 8th grade all-star is still creepy, but beauty pagents for infants is just downright sick! Creepy only gives me hesitation, but sick makes me run! So, under my definition I am not saying it (the basketball) is wrong, but it only makes me hesitate and think... :-o

Houston, George has left the bar.

Hi Mike, this summer it will probably hit and run for me on the board. Way too nice out to sit around on the computer. I went back to my never-ending project of partially re-wiring an old car today after my quick post. See you later! :D

Hi George. Try and take off enough time to catch the alumni game on Sunday. I plan on being there.

Keep in mind most, if not all, of these kids are doing the whole AAU thing. This is really no worse than that.
