A real tight one going on there. Valpo is up 61-56 with 7:13 remaining. This would be a great win for that program, especially going into Pac 10 country to do it!

Well we'll see what happens. Lots of time left. Valpo up 63-60 with 5:45 left, Washington's possession.
 
Valpo with the one point win at Washington, 72-71! This is their first ever win over a Pac 10 team in seven tries. Both sides could not shoot free throws at the end, and Washington was a paltry 11 for 24 from the stripe tonight. Thank God for that! :D
 
What has happened to Washington???????????

This is a team that had an incredibly bright future two years ago,
they were 24-6 in 2005-06, and then supposedly landed two of the nation's top recruiting classes each of the past couple years?

Obviously Brandon Roy was a whole lot more important to their success than everyone thought. Justin Dentmon, their PG had a very disappointing year. Only 9 pts/2 assists per game is way off from his frosh and soph stats.
As the Pac 10 has gotten so much stronger, the Huskies have fallen way off.
