There is a new Rivals article about Augustine Rubit--

As usual, it probably requires a password, but here are a few clips from the article--
The Houston Hoops traditionally have one of the top teams in the country and the spring period was another strong year for the group of Texans. One of the reasons why with the simplistic and effective play of big man Augustine Rubit.
The big man from Smiley High School in Houston found his role on the team as the primary rebounder and inside presence. Rubit was second in rebounding at the Arizona Cactus Classic, a loaded 32-team event in which the Hoops won. Rubit said he was happy with his spring output.
"I'm getting recruited by a lot of different teams now," Rubit said.
Rubit said he picked up offers from Bradley, Santa Clara, North Texas and more interest from Arizona State. Baylor and Texas A&M remain in the hunt, too, he said. Tulane, South Alabama and Stephen F. Austin have also offered.
"I'm planning on waiting until the end of the summer before I make any kind of decision," Rubit said. "It's really been Stephen F. Austin the most. I have a connection with [assistant coach Ulric Maligi]. I want to go somewhere that I can win and somewhere that I can play a lot as a freshman in college. Stephen F. Austin, I have the best connection with their coach."

and this more recent article..........

"Rubit has seen his recruitment take off due in part of his size, ability to score
from anywhere on the court and his summer team, Houston Hoops.
Rubit is catching the eyes of many programs.
"The spring went well for me and I'm looking forward to the summer," said
Rubit. "I'm playing for the Houston Hoops and we've been playing a lot of
good competition that has really helped me get better on the court."
Not only is Rubit performing well on the court, he is also moving up the
rankings and the charts of many recruiters list from around the country.

Texas Hoops Analysis:AUGUSTINE is a big-bodied paint player that can step out to 15-18
feet out and knock down the outside shot. He takes up space in the paint and uses his body
to push players under the basket for easy buckets. He has nice hands and foot work and
a soft touch on his shots. He is a rebounder and a good passer out of the low block."
