BU Court at the Civic Center

When is the Civic Center going to update the basketball floor? BU has the worst looking floor inthe MVC. Is that Times-Roman across center court? How about a nice modern San-Serif font. It's just out of date.

They just updated it a few years ago I thought. Not personally care about what the logo looks like though.
 
When are they going to change the color of the seats. I don't like the maroon, it reminds me of SIU. It also clashes with my clothes. This must be Jim Les' fault, too. He has to go.

Anybody see the new court at Oregon? I think it is pretty awesome. Looks like a painting of a forest across the entire floor. We could do something similar. We could do the peoria skyline with the Murray Baker in the background. Or a giant Caterpillar Tractor accross the floor. That could even be our new nickname the Bradley Cats' and have a mean looking Caterpillar Tractor as the mascot?

Anyways......The floor is nothing special now and probably will stay the way it is.

Regarding the original topic, I agree that the court looks awful. I went to the last game with a buddy who only goes to BU games every couple years...the first thing he said (after commenting on the awesome scoreboard) was that the floor looked like what you would see in a high school. The white in the lettering is now the color of a yellow tooth. The center court "Bradley" looks like it was done about 15 years ago. There is no character or style.

Since we seem to be placing random blame on things lately, here goes nothing:

It's all Ron Ferguson's fault (though he is awesome). It's also partially the fault of Kerry Burrell, Pat Donahue, Jamar Smiley and the Bradley Bobcat. And the Molinarmy...all of them. Oh, and the Prairie Home Alliance blimp operator...can't forget him.
