Not pretty, but a win is a win is a win! We get the season sweep of Drake which with the way they have been playing lately is a great accomplishment.

Now let's do it again on Saturday and get the season sweep of Evansville! :D
 
Glad to see Bradley win the close one but...

What is going on with AW? 3-11 FG, 1-6 3pt, including 2 airballs. He played looking so tentative down the stretch. If we want to continue competing we are going to need much more out of him.
 
great put back by will.when i first saw it i thought he went over the back because the drake guy had position but he didnt. ball bounced long and will made a great play.

chris roberts made some threes tonight and sammy played awesome again. he has to be the best point guard in the league.
 
Warren has been struggling....teams key on him...but if we got SM backing him up like this...teams will have to compromise

I liked DSE alot tonight. No doubt he will be our PG and very good...no look pass to taylor could be POY??? (pass of the year)

I agree, for a while closer to the end, it seemed like Josh Young vs. Sam Maniscalco, both played great games.

What is the deal with Roberts though? Lately it seems like he can only make a dunk or a 3. He is athletic enough to get to the rim, but he just cannot finish when he gets there.

Definitely a weird game that really slowed down in the second half.

Luckily Wedel couldn't make anything in the second half and he didn't get as good as looks either.

I was very impressed with VanDeest.....a very good freshman post player
 
I am glad Bradley won, but there was no flow to the offense in the second half. It looked the old Coach Mo offense. The ball was passed around and someone would have to finally shoot it up with no time on the clock. Fortunately, Sam made a lot of tough shots with the clock winding down. We had way too many unforced turnovers. But, a win is a win.
