Braves in trouble

At least we can stop the at large discussion. this will end any and all hopes of that occurring. Just a complete meltdown once we went up 10 against a bunch of fouling chuckers.
 
Need the miracle here in the worst way. I think we should foul right away in case we need to make them shoot free throws, otherwise we can't get them to the line

A Valley regular season crown means nothing at this point with this loss. We just cancelled out anything the U of I win brought us. We get no at-large consideration. None. Book a loss in Ames, and 6-4 is getting no committee's attention whatsoever. Is the sky falling? Yes. Every December it's something - Injury, suspension, coach firing...what's next?
 
Inexcusable. I've been a big JL fan, but I'm running out of patience. Every year the same thing . . . we need a meltdown to wake up in time to salvage a three-letter tourney bid. That won't do this year. If BU doesn't wake up and get to the Big Dance, I'll have to say the same thing I said about Mo: once in nine years is PATHETIC.
 
Once again we can't finish....mess with the lineup that has bad match ups defensively. Miss a ton of free throws, fire a top assistance coach. This program is going in the wrong direction.

Too bad because I think Simms, Taylor, Warren are high quality players who we could build a team around....
 
Another classic home loss against a weaker opponent from a bad conference by a team coached by jim les. That's the season folks. If we can't beat western carolina... Boy am i po'd. Maybe it should have been les to leave instead of merfield. 8th season... One ncaa. One 4th place finish in the mvc (highest finish). Another bad home loss.

And there are people on this board who actually think that bu is a premier team in a premier conference. Well, i got news for you. You are dead wrong. We are a mid-major or lower in a conference that is falling just about as quick. Bad, bad, bad.

Oh, if we get into the cbi or college insider.com or some other bogus post season tourney we can get to 20 wins again. Oh boy. My stack is blown.
