Defense and free-throws are terrible as usual.

Nice thing out of the game was that the players looked to go inside more.

Other than that.... :(

Attendance of 8,879- that was great! There were some no-shows among the season-ticket holders, but a lot fewer than I expected.

I thought the crowd was a little weak, and then I was downright angry when they booed after a missed free throw... But it was a fairly large crowd, I thought.

DC actually had a couple of times where he was more physical than his defender. And one time as he was defending, an SIU-e guy bumped into him - DC held his ground and the SIU-e guy fell back and onto his arse. LOL! Way to go DC!

HEY BEERRRR MANNN. Man that was an utterly frustrating game to watch. After 11 games this season, I expected at least some improvement in any aspect of the game. At this point, tonights performance was no different than the exhibition loss to a decent division 2 team. Brown has been one of our best bench players yet he plays 6 minutes tonight? Our backup point guard Mccain takes 1 shot? 48% FT shooting as a team :0, that's worse than Shaq on a bad night. 19 turnovers. And the most frustrating of all was the constant layup drill the defense was allowing. I was about ready to scream in Les's face to tell him to stop having Collins and Thompson double teaming at the top of the post because they were constantly getting beat on the drop down pass for an easy layup. As if it wasn't obvious in the 1st half, Les kept implementing it in the 2nd half. But, at least the 3 point shooting was better, however, only team were beating this season in league play is Indiana State with that type of performance tonight.

I was more angry about the booing because they thought the team wasn't getting to 67 rather than the more obvious reason...

Worst basketball game I have seen all year...

What possibly could be considered positive about this game, because winning by 6 is not it....

Its an embarrassment really...and if the coach wants to continue to berate his players instead of coach them and show why we haven't been winning then I am certain there will be many more empty seats to come...

People can only take so much of the poor decision making and poor play...

At this point I have about had it...driving 3 hours back and forth to watch this coach throw the team under the proverbial bus and make bad decision after bad decision in a number of areas...I am thinking that at some point, maybe I have better things to do w/ my time than go to these games and watch the same old stuff...

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Easily the most boring, lifeless D-I basketball game I have seen in a long time.

Luckily we played one of the worst teams in all of college basketball, or we would have gotten destroyed with that effort.

I'm not sure what this mysterious 'blueprint' was that Les and the coaching staff drew up heading into this game...but whatever it was, they may want to burn it and start completely over...Awful, awful execution on both ends of the floor...

It's like a broken record now...terrible on the ball defense, nothing but layup drills and wide-open threes for the other team...

I sincerely hope by now that Les has gotten rid of the phrases, "We're gonna hang our hats on our defense" and "It all starts on the defensive end of the floor for us"...because it is utterly laughable watching this team try and stop anyone at this point.

Oh well...a win is good, I suppose...we had better enjoy it while we can because they will be few and far between if the effort and execution continues to be as dismal as it was tonight...

The only real good D we played tonight was keeping the Amazing Christopher out of the building

Yea - no crap. What went wrong there? Did the guy miss his flight or something?

(not trying to "call" anyone out from Bradley - just asking ;-) )

I think he heard the score in the 1st half and decided to keep going and see if he could make the Texas/ Wisconsin game instead

I read before the game that Peoria Intnl Airport had many cancelled/delayed flights due to the weather. Not only here but in other areas of the country as well.
