Bradley-MSU 12/4 Tickets

Just wanted to see this game and bring a buddy. Besides what's available at TM and perhaps Stubhub, where can I get a couple of decent seats?

thanks

I can't make that promise, BUT I am willing to strongarm my neutral friend into
slapping his hands together for the Red, Black and White...

I guess this tells us you're a Spartan fan. That's OK, you are welcome here, anyway.

Bradley's colors are Red & White, not black!

I don't have any great suggestions for tickets, either. It's likely to be a sellout. And I wouldn't count on finding anyone selling tickets outside the arena. But if anyone here has extras, we know you're interested!

I'll buy em if someone has extras, just to keep em out of them hands of an MSU fan... ;)

I think Bradley sent a small number of tickets to Michigan State, so for an MSU fan it may be easier to get them through the MSU ticket office.

I fear that over the next week or two there are going to be a lot of "new posters" looking for MSU tickets. Not that we should tell anyone what to do with their tickets, but I hope that MSU fans don't come here under the guise of being BU fans to get tickets.

I had the pleasure of going to East Lansing for the game last year. It was pleasurable until the MSU student section felt the need to throw their garbage down on myself and the bradley fans sitting next to me (cause we were cheering for BU -- imagine that!)

It would be oh, so satisfying to whoop these jerks at home. (the team, on the court; not advocating violence against MSU fans)

If there's one student section from another school I've hated the most the past few years its been MSU. That or the SIU section in STL a few years ago where we had empty beer cups, bottles, etc. thrown at us.

I know of some U of I fans who have had similar, slightly more grotesque treatments.

Any word on ticket sales for this game? I tried Ticketmaster today just to see what I could get. I got 4 together in row 27 sec. 15. So they are available.

I spoke with someone who went to the box office and got tickets on Friday, and the person at the window told them that there were only 45 tickets left. So, sounds like it's getting close to a sell-out. Hopefully that is the case.

Couple people I talked to a few days ago said that only far upper bowl tickets were left for us anyways. Who knows what they gave MSU. Also as far as rowdy students, didn't MSU have a large riot on campus after MSU went to the final four or something when that Mateen Cleaves guy was in college? Guess that shows what kind of students they attract.

I have seen BU play in several different arenas and for the most part other fans are pretty nice, but 2 years ago at the MVC tourney there was a box above the BU section that might have had some of the most ill mannered, foul mouthed fans in it of all time. These fans were Creighton fans and I have never heard worse language or sportsmanship from anyone in my entire life. If Squirrel posts on here, I believe I sat next to him at that game, he would remember and nothing was more satisfying then winning and telling the Mouths in that box to head back to Omaha and to enjoy the NIT.

Sorry but no matter what, those individuals have given me the poor impression I have regarding Creighton fans.

I was right below that group of Creighton fans, too. I'm sure it came mostly from the fact that they probably paid a lot of money for that skybox, yet the view of the game from there is not very good, and they were getting bounced from the tournament by Bradley. A little alcohol also likely contributed.
Most Crieghton fans are great fans, and I am sure there were just a couple exceptions among those fans.
