Awfully quiet on the recruiting front!

Awful quiet about filling that last scholarship. Anyone hear anything? Any recruits visiting lately? Signing date is November 10.

I wanted to make the same post for the last few days, but I wasn't sure which board to put it under (Recruiting, basketball).

The only I do have to say is that the big boys seem to be filling scholarships very early-Freshmen,Sophmores. I was thinking with patience we may be able to get great late bloomers. (Example Anthony Parker,Aba Koita) The only other thing that seems to be changing that might cancel that out is- Players who don't play after a couple years are either transfering by their own choice or being chased off by coaches. That may allow them to still open up late scholarships to use.

I would stil love to fill our scholarships early though, and work on next years recruits.

IMO we really need a wing. A TW type player, or like TB, but can handle the ball a bit better amd get some time at the 3.

Ugh, I feel like I am describing a recruit we lost out on to ILSU...

We will never hear anything about our recruiting.....be patient....out of nowhere we will sign a kid....and then have to learn all about him!

We only have 1 scholarship left unless someone leaves which seems to happen every season, I would also like to see us recruit a wing player as we have a point, 2 guard and a forward coming in so a 6-5 or taller player that is good outside and also can rebound would be great.

I haven't heard anything on Andrew Jordan for Bradley or anywhere else. I wondered about him. I also wondered about Max Biefeldt although I get the feeling that is not going to happen. I heard he visited Dartmouth or some east coast school. I also am interested in Jacob Williams.
